The promiment features of CHRISTOS ANESTI are her impeccable styling and interconnection with the sea. CHRISTOS ANESTI spends the summer and winter season in British Virgin Islands. She was constructed by the famous yacht builder Fountaine Pajot in 2025. The spacious yacht layout features 4 cozy cabins and comfortably accommodates a group of 8 guests.

CHRISTOS ANESTI is introduced primarily as a sailing catamaran. The yacht layout radiates from the main saloon, which connects to the aft deck. The aft deck features a variety of seating areas and that's where the guests spend most of their time. The fascinating cabins are located below the main saloon, connected by stairs (inquire about handicapped access). The cabins are located in the 2 massive hulls. Multiple portholes connect you with the outside world.

Captain: Adriana Vega

Captain Adriana Vega
Captain Adriana was born and raised in Puerto Rico, spending much of her life in and around the water. Her passion for sailing blossomed in her twenties when her father bought his first cruising sailboat, allowing her to explore some of the Caribbean's most exotic sailing destinations. Before these adventures, she attended college in Florida, earning a BBA degree. While in Florida, she also worked in the service industry, where she honed her passion for entertaining. This unique background enabled her to combine her love for the water and hosting, leading to a fulfilling career as a charter captain. Adriana's success in the industry is a testament to her determination and hard work.


Chef/First Mate Daryl Hanna
Daryl was born in Ohio and raised in South Carolina. He moved to the Virgin Islands at the young age of 23 and has been a resident for almost 20 years now. He made his way through high school and university working in various restaurants in the Palmetto state.

After moving to St. Croix, Daryl built a full-time career as a chef, including a tenure as Executive Chef at Savant—consistently ranked among the Caribbean’s top-ten restaurants—frequented by celebrities and even a former U.S. president while vacationing with his family. During his tenure at Savant, he received numerous accolades:

2018 Carib Journal 10 Hottest Tables in the Caribbean
His cooking style can best be described as a fusion between French, Asian and Caribbean cuisine with a little touch of down home Southern

Cooking. It was also at this time Daryl continued his passion for sailing. He has owned multiple sailboats over the years, cruising the Caribbean and traveling the world during the Caribbean hurricane season yearly. Daryl currently holds a USCG 100 ton masters license and many other safety certifications such as Advanced Fire Fighting and Medical Care Provider. An avid fisherman, Daryl loves trolling with a couple of lines out to see what fresh catch he can bring in for guests and whip up some fresh tuna poke or mahi ceviche. He looks forward to helping guests continue to fulfill their dream sailing vacation in the extraordinarily beautiful waters of the Virgin Islands with full bellies, smiling faces and happy hearts!!!

This journey has been a dream from start to finish. We are so thankful for the warm care and attention from Captain Adriana and Chef Martin—everything was absolutely delicious. Every detail was thoughtfully cared for, from the bathrobes in the evening and the lavender pads in the laundry basket, to the toothpaste and the goggles.

We swam with nurse sharks, barracudas, turtles, and saw beautiful coral fans. We tried the e-foil and the floating mat, played President and Piau Piou for hours, and enjoyed so much incredible food.

Our entire family is grateful for these memories—we will cherish them forever.

Unforgettable vacation with captain Adriana and Chef Rachel. They
could not have made the trip more memorable. They provided
outstanding service and fun! She always found the best mooring spots
for us. We loved having them come with us on adventures to karaoke
at Bitter End, explore the Baths, experience Willy T’s and so much
more. Captain was so flexible and accommodating. We really
appreciated her teaching our son Charlie to sail- she was so patient.
And chef Rachel- WOW!! She has such a passion for cooking. So
many wonderful meals- we actually ran out of adjectives
complementing her meals. We especially loved the salmon bowls,

Perfect vacation with the all gal crew! They changed up the plans on a
dime, made us feel extremely welcome and prepared food better than
a five ⭐ restaurant! Took us to all the cool spots. We all got to do

meals! I don’t know how we could have had a better trip, other than for

We were all so excited to have a chef onboard & not have to cook or leave the boat! This was a unique week for Sam bringing Martin Horsey aboard in Carrie’s absence, but together they operated like a well-oiled machine. Martin was absolutely wonderful. We kept telling him to stop feeding us so much so we could have a chance to be hungry for dinner! I took pictures of almost every meal & snack he prepared. From fresh poké bowls, to homemade rum cake, lobster Benedict for breakfast or Nutella French toast, our tastebuds could barely keep up. We requested a steak dinner for our last night which he prepared perfectly, & he even rose to the challenge from Chris to make a Doritos encrusted snapper which we all loved! By the end of the trip the ladies were hanging out in the kitchen to watch him work. It was so clear that he loves his job & took great pride in feeding us. He can also make lots of fun mixed drinks & kept our glasses full!
