I've seen Adriana (the captain) next to us at Soggy Dollar - she's a tornado. In 30 seconds, she set up & launched an efoil, picked up guest drinks, served new drinks, checked on the guests on the Flybridge, came back to give more instructions to the guest on the efoil.... Kept going like that for the 30 minutes we've been next to Hourglass...
If you want service of a 3 crew yacht but pay for 2 crew - i'd go with Adriana. I wish that all crews in the BVI offered this level of service - where the tip is actually deserved!

for us. We loved having them come with us on adventures to karaoke
at Bitter End, explore the Baths, experience Willy T’s and so much
more. Captain was so flexible and accommodating. We really
appreciated her teaching our son Charlie to sail- she was so patient.
And chef Rachel- WOW!! She has such a passion for cooking. So
many wonderful meals- we actually ran out of adjectives
