Easy eight, actually. DOLCE VITA is a 48-foot Dufour sailing catamaran delivered in 2023, set up to sleep 8 guests in 4 cabins. Three queens plus a twin, and each cabin has its own en-suite.
Water time is simple. An aft swim platform with boarding ladder and deck shower means you can rotate between swims and lounging without turning the cockpit into a dripping mess. Full air conditioning helps when you want a reset indoors.
Better-than-average toys. A Snuba/Hooka tankless diving system lets up to three guests breathe underwater without scuba certifications. Add two seascooters, plus snorkel gear and floating mats, and the “just one more dip” problem is basically guaranteed.
Stay connected, or don’t. Onboard Wi‑Fi and an indoor audio/multimedia system keep downtime easy, while the BBQ handles the low-effort, high-reward lunches. There’s even yoga onboard. Quietly ambitious.

Captain Gabriel and Chef Paige were amazing hosts, and we felt welcomed right away. Waking up surrounded by those stunning islands and enjoying Chef Page's delicious breakfasts was a dream come true. We loved every minute of exploring, snorkeling, and soaking up the sun. We were set up with the most incredible Captain and Chef - Louis and Tersia. I've never met such kind and accommodating people from the moment they sent a welcome letter through the entire trip. They were in constant contact asking any of our preferences and special requests and doing everything in their power to make it all happen. And her meals - 15 OUT OF 10! Above and beyond what we were expecting...from the taste to the presentation, every bite we took was delicious! She even made us a Thanksgiving dinner- AND they helped us set a projector up for the Thanksgiving football games! Ps- I've never had turkey so moist and perfectly cooked. Ever.
Capitan Louis kept us informed and asked our opinions on the itinerary, taking any of our must-do-excursions in mind. We encountered great weather, so we've been lucky there, but I'm sure there was a large part that the captain took into consideration to keep us comfortable and safe.
Long-winded story short, do everything you can to make it happen with this crew. They make you feel like royalty while being a part of the family with you. I'll never forget this trip!
