DENISE ROSE Yacht Description
-
Two Jet Skis (Wave Runners):
A rare and thrilling water toy for a power yacht, perfect for exploring islands and ocean fun. -
Large 30' Towable Tender with Bathroom:
Spacious tender for 10 guests with bathroom, ideal for comfortable excursions and island hopping. -
Flybridge Jacuzzi and Sunning Areas:
Relax in the large Jacuzzi or sunbathe with panoramic sea views, creating memorable luxury moments.
Start with the fun part: big flybridge, large Jacuzzi, and an oversize cockpit built for actually using the yacht, not just photographing it. DENISE ROSE is set up for long days outside – from the elevated hot tub and dining area up top to the original Broward cockpit and wide swim platform that make getting in and out of the water simple instead of athletic.
Next up: serious hardware for playtime. A 30’ towed tender with its own bathroom and seating for 10, plus an additional inflatable tender, two jet skis, floating lounge, paddleboards, snorkel gear and beach setup. Translation: the mothership stays comfortable while the toys go hunting for deserted beaches and good snorkeling.
Inside, it’s “informal-elegant” instead of “don’t-touch-anything.” A full-beam salon with dining, lounge and entertainment system, and the classic Broward country kitchen where people inevitably end up talking to the chef. Five cabins sleep up to 10 guests, including a king primary with his-and-hers baths and an unusually large VIP forward, so nobody feels like they drew the short straw.
Refit reality check: a major 2020–23 refresh means updated interiors, new soft goods, upgraded appliances, reworked outdoor cushions, refreshed tender and expanded water-toy inventory. You get the volume and seakeeping of a 112’ Broward with the feel of a much newer boat.
The hidden advantage is the crew. A 1600-ton USCG captain who’s equally at home docking, fishing, and diving; a professionally trained chef used to high-end private clients; and a service team with backgrounds ranging from Navy to aviation and fine butchery. In practice, that means tailored itineraries, strong fishing support, serious cuisine, and a crew that can flex from kid chaos to foodie charter without blinking.
If you want a 112’ yacht that prioritizes usable outdoor space, a real toy arsenal, and a seasoned crew over fragile glamour, DENISE ROSE is engineered for exactly that use case.
Accommodation
Originally commissioned as Varsity Jacket and then becoming Strait Jacket, then Lady Sharon Gale, Denise Rose has a successful charter history, a brand new updated interior, and is ready to resume making memories of a vacation of a lifetime. .On deck, Denise Rose offers an unusually large and multifunctional cockpit and swim platform which is original to the yacht's construction. All outdoor living areas are easily accessed via comfortable stairs that transition from the cockpit to aft deck to the fly bridge. The fixed hardtop provides sun protection while the Jacuzzi and bow areas have great sunning spaces..
Denise Rose's interior is beautifully paneled in satin finished maple throughout. The furnishings, fabrics and stone are of the highest quality. The decor is cohesive and comfortable, and provides a perfect combination of informal elegance. The main salon caters to practical and informal day to day living with comfortable furnishings, a formal dining area, living room area, and full entertainment system. Forward in the galley, she features the enormous Broward "country kitchen" that provides for a casual dining space and comfortable spot to converse with the chef.
Below, the primary stateroom features a king size bed, large flat screen TV with all of the entertainment options, cedar lined closet and his-and-hers baths. Two of the guest staterooms are identical, and offer a double bed in addition to one twin bed in each cabin. A VIP stateroom is unusually large, and features a queen size bed, very large and comfortable en suite bathroom with shower, and occupies the entire bow area.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like DENISE ROSE, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price ($15,000 - $24,000), making the charter cost $75,000 to $84,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

| 3 day charter | 30,000USD to 30,000USD | 6,000USD to 9,000USD | 36,000USD to 39,000USD | The usual formula is the 7 day charter rate divided by 6, times the number of days (3). Boat policy might differ. 60,000USD / 6 * 3 days = 30,000USD |

Crew
Captain: Keith Hyatt
Keith drives Denise Rose like a working boatman who’s seen it all—tight close-quarters handling, clean passages, and fishing runs that hit hard so your days stack up as serious miles and serious fun. He reads guests fast, dials in the pace, and keeps first-timers as steady as the old hands.
- US captain with 1600 GRT USCG license
- Professional background on commercial ferries, ocean-going tugboats, and charter fishing yachts
- Master Diver with strong focus on guest water sports and diving support
- Oversaw major refit of DENISE ROSE in 2018 and captained her for multiple seasons
Haydee runs the galley like a precision kitchen in motion, dropping plates that feel sharp, global, and tuned to your tastes—clean fuel for active days, slow-burn indulgence when the sun drops and the boat goes quiet. She builds each meal to match the mood, not a template.
- Graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education (New York) and Johnson & Wales University
- Extensive experience as private, personal, and yacht chef for high-profile and royal clients
- Strong background in multi-course fine dining and specialized dietary menus
- Culinary repertoire spanning Caribbean and international cuisines
Allison runs the interior with the snap of a veteran and the warmth of a host who has lived a few lives, folding sharp service, story-rich food touches, and easy conversation into days that feel tight, personal, and never stiff. She flips from cabin reset to canapés without losing pace.
- US Navy veteran with professional background in disciplined service roles
- Experience as chef and rotating yacht chef with strong culinary foundation
- Former flight attendant with extensive customer service and travel experience
- Past owner of a female-owned, specialty butcher shop focused on premium, locally raised meats
Gio keeps the machinery locked-in behind the scenes, running tight maintenance and fast troubleshooting so you get quiet cabins, clean power, and smooth trips without ever feeling the load. When pressure spikes, he stays cold and just fixes it.
- Over 7 years of professional experience as yacht engineer on luxury charter vessels
- Degree in Merchant Navy Engineering from National Experimental Maritime University of the Caribbean (Venezuela)
- Certified with Second Engineer Officer Endorsement and Dynamic Positioning
- Hands-on experience with propulsion, diesel and hydraulic systems, and reverse osmosis installation and maintenance
