DENISE ROSE Yacht Description
-
2 Jet Skis:
New addition for fast island hops, towing fun, and adrenaline between swim stops. -
Flybridge Jacuzzi:
Soak with sea views after the beach, with sunning space close by. -
30' towable tender (10 guests) with bathroom:
A big day-boat for exploring coves and beach runs without heading back early.
Built for water time. DENISE ROSE is a 112-foot Broward motor yacht built in 1998 and refit in 2023, sleeping 10 guests in 5 cabins. The standout is her unusually large cockpit and original swim platform, which makes getting in and out of the water less of a production.
Easy deck flow. Comfortable stairs run from the cockpit to the aft deck and up to the flybridge, so the group stays connected instead of getting split across levels. Simple. It works.
Flybridge, with Jacuzzi. Up top you get a fixed hardtop for shade, a large Jacuzzi, and space to lounge and sun. There’s also a customized flybridge table with seating for dining, so lunch can happen where the breeze is.
Toys that matter. The 30' towable tender has a bathroom and carries up to 10, backed up by an AB 12 inflatable tender for 5. Add two jet skis, two paddleboards, a floating lounge, snorkel gear, and fishing gear (Penn, 2 rods) and you have a strong “on the water all day” setup.
Accommodation
Originally commissioned as Varsity Jacket and then becoming Strait Jacket, then Lady Sharon Gale, Denise Rose has a successful charter history, a brand new updated interior, and is ready to resume making memories of a vacation of a lifetime. .On deck, Denise Rose offers an unusually large and multifunctional cockpit and swim platform which is original to the yacht's construction. All outdoor living areas are easily accessed via comfortable stairs that transition from the cockpit to aft deck to the fly bridge. The fixed hardtop provides sun protection while the Jacuzzi and bow areas have great sunning spaces..
Denise Rose's interior is beautifully paneled in satin finished maple throughout. The furnishings, fabrics and stone are of the highest quality. The decor is cohesive and comfortable, and provides a perfect combination of informal elegance. The main salon caters to practical and informal day to day living with comfortable furnishings, a formal dining area, living room area, and full entertainment system. Forward in the galley, she features the enormous Broward "country kitchen" that provides for a casual dining space and comfortable spot to converse with the chef.
Below, the primary stateroom features a king size bed, large flat screen TV with all of the entertainment options, cedar lined closet and his-and-hers baths. Two of the guest staterooms are identical, and offer a double bed in addition to one twin bed in each cabin. A VIP stateroom is unusually large, and features a queen size bed, very large and comfortable en suite bathroom with shower, and occupies the entire bow area.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like DENISE ROSE, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price ($15,000 - $24,000), making the charter cost $75,000 to $84,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 14 day charter | 120,000USD to 120,000USD | 24,000USD to 36,000USD | 144,000USD to 156,000USD | Discounts outside the main season are common. | |

| 3 day charter | 30,000USD to 30,000USD | 6,000USD to 9,000USD | 36,000USD to 39,000USD | The usual formula is the 7 day charter rate divided by 6, times the number of days (3). Boat policy might differ. 60,000USD / 6 * 3 days = 30,000USD |
