They have been fortunate enough to sail around the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Pacific North West Canada and the West Coast of America.
Adonis who was born and raised in South Africa in a Greek household is a certified and experienced Yacht Master Ocean Skipper and has been professionally sailing for the past 24 years. In 2006 he worked as a camera man in Greece filming a sailing documentary. He spent 2 years as a sailing instructor and then another 6 years chartering around the beautiful Mediterranean islands before moving onto private yachts together with Nadia.
Over the past 14 years, Nadia who was also born and raised in South Africa with a background in health and fitness gained her knowledge in global cuisine as they sailed from country to country. As a keen student, Nadia spent her free time cooking with other chefs, locals and attending cooking schools. Her Mediterranean cooking style ranges from healthy to decadent, making sure she finds the perfect balance for each guest.
Together their hobbies and passions are all very much linked to their profession of sailing, cooking and entertaining people from all over the world. Their ultimate goal is to ensure an unforgettable sailing holiday, filled with positive, exciting new experiences for all aboard.
