Jacuzzi on Sundeck Surrounded by Plush Sunbeds:

Start with the fun part: ARTHUR’S WAY 143 turns its aft deck into a full-blown floating beach club, then launches a 40’ Intrepid 407, WaveRunners, towables, slide, jellyfish pool, wakeboards, skis, Jet Surf and more. If your plan is “sit still and be quiet,” this is not that boat.
On the other end of the spectrum, the sundeck Jacuzzi sits above it all, surrounded by sunpads and shaded lounging, so half the group can run a mini waterpark off the swim platform while the other half pretends to read a book in a hot tub.
Recently refitted in 2022, the interior is modern and clean-lined: wood floors, Italian marble, light sycamore paneling, and upgraded AV with Apple TVs and iPad controls. It’s designed for people who actually use the boat all day, not just walk through it once and post a photo.
For sleeping, you get 5 ensuite staterooms for up to 10 adults (12 with kids), including a full-beam main-deck master with private office, his-and-hers bathrooms and its own forward deck lounging area—essentially a “don’t-bother-me” zone built into the bow.
Backstage, a crew of 9 runs the operation like a small, well-armed hotel: experienced charter captain, serious watersports-focused deck team, and a chef with luxury cruise-ship background. Translation: you play, they make it look easy.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like ARTHUR’S WAY 143, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price ($37,500 - $60,000), making the charter cost $187,500 to $210,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
