Pool-first layout. AIR is an 81m (266ft) Feadship built in 2011 and refit in 2017, with a very un-yachtlike party trick: an eight-metre pool set forward on the main deck, viewed from the owner’s observation lounge.
Outdoor living, sorted. The sun deck brings the day together with lounging areas, a deck Jacuzzi, a gym, and a 102-inch pop-up screen for outdoor movie nights. Short version: you can stay outside longer.
Proper access and toys. A large foldable swimming platform with a bar makes getting in and out of the water easy, and the toy list backs it up with a Jet-Ski, WaveRunners, Laser sailboats, kiteboard gear, wakeboards, kayaks, and waterskis for adults and kids.
12 guests, seven suites. She sleeps 12 in 7 cabins, including a split-level owner’s suite, plus the practical stuff that matters on a yacht this size: an elevator to all decks and stabilizers underway and at anchor.
