Offered by DMA Yachting, the impressive charter yacht CHEF DE MER is a 50 ft sailing catamaran. The primary distinction of CHEF DE MER are her well-chosen interiors and experienced crew. CHEF DE MER spends the summer and winter season in British Virgin Islands. She was delivered by the famous yacht builder Royal Cape in 2006. A well-done refit was fulfilled in 2023. The expansive yacht layout features 4 cozy cabins and comfortably accommodates a group of 8 guests.

CHEF DE MER is classified primarily as a sailing catamaran. The central space of the yacht is the main saloon, which connects to the aft deck. The aft deck features a variety of seating areas and that's where most of the delicious meals are served. The tasteful cabins are connected by stairs to the main saloon - roomy, comfortable and pleasant. The cabins offer designer mattrace beds and feature ensuite bathrooms. Multiple portholes provide a connection with the natural world outside.

The sailboat features 2 x Volvo Penta 75 Turbo Charged 10.5 kva generator engines and a generator.

  • Grilled steak with roast veg, Mexican coleslaw and focaccia bread   




  • Butter chicken curry with turmeric rice and garlic bread (vegetarian option available) 




  • Homemade beef burgers with cheese and caramelized onion. Served with a side of salad or roast potatoes. 




  • Poke Bowls served with fresh herbs, roasted chickpeas, cucumber, tomato salsa, avocado, thin sliced cabbage, toasted sesame seeds. Topped with garlic shrimp (vegetarian option available)

After Colben and Teagan met while working in a fishing shop, they bonded over their love for the ocean and future plans to go sailing. In 2019 they got married before setting out on the great adventure of crossing the Atlantic Ocean. Colben has worked on super yachts but much prefers the simple yet exciting sailing yacht lifestyle.
