L’HIPPOCAMPE is what happens when a Swan 100 goes to the gym and then the spa. A 2023 multimillion-euro technical refit put this 100ft performance cruiser back to “fresh-from-the-yard” condition, while keeping the German Frers DNA very much intact.

L’HIPPOCAMPE is a modified Swan 100S, built to be sailed hard and handled easily, regularly clocking serious passage miles while guests sit in a protected central cockpit with a proper dining area and sunpads instead of clinging to a rail.
Below deck, the layout is designed for adult groups, not compromise: two equal-sized master-style cabins (master + VIP), plus a double and a twin, all with ensuites, sleeping 8 guests without the usual “someone-drew-the-short-straw” cabin. Air conditioning and Wi‑Fi are standard, not bragging rights.
On deck, it’s clean, flush teak from bow to stern, so there’s actually space to move, lounge, and rig toys without tripping over design statements. The transom folds down into a hydraulic swim platform, turning the stern into a practical watersports hub.
