Modern 118-foot platform. I C is a 118ft (36m) Ocean Alexander motor yacht built in 2021, set up to sleep 10 guests in 5 en-suite suites. New enough that everything still feels tight, not “charming.”
Water access, sorted. There is a proper beach club and a large swim platform extension, so getting in and out of the water is simple and the “toy queue” stays manageable. Add stabilizers at anchor, and the boat feels more like a steady base than a floating compromise.
Jacuzzi, plus bar. The sundeck brings a deck Jacuzzi and wet bars across the decks, which is the low-effort recipe for long afternoons outside. BBQ on board helps keep lunch informal.
Tenders and toys matter. For getting around and playing hard, I C carries a 36' Invincible tender plus a 16' RIB, along with a Yamaha Waverunner, 2 Seabobs F45s, wakeboards, paddleboards, an inflatable kayak, and an electric hydra foil. Serious kit. No filler.
