Valentina is a wonderful 62' Lagoon Catamaran built in 2013 and refit in 2023 and 2024. She offers 3 luxurious queen cabins and a double bunk cabin accommodating up to six guests, each pampered with their own private ensuite baths, complete with modern amenities like electric toilets, vanities, and separate showers.
Valentina provides a number of luxurious spaces where one can recline, bask in the cooling trade winds, and enjoy a cocktail in the pristine cerulean waters. The salon, designed for comfort and space, can easily seat all guests for lounging or dining.
The exterior of Valentina invites guests to dine alfresco, relax on the sofas on the flybridge, unwind in the lounge areas in the cockpit, or hang out in the sun on the forward deck on the trampolines. A serene lower deck lounge area, nestled behind the trampolines, also offers a peaceful sanctuary. With so many lounging spots, Valentina provides plenty of space for both group gatherings and secluded moments of relaxation, ensuring an idyllic escape for all.
Advertised by DMA Yachting, the breathtaking charter yacht Valentina is a 62 ft sailing catamaran. The key elements of Valentina are her well-chosen interiors and culinary experience. Valentina spends the summer and winter season in British Virgin Islands. She was delivered by the ship builder Lagoon in 2013. A succesful refit was finalized in 2024. The well-planned yacht layout features 3 cozy cabins and comfortably accommodates a group of 6 guests.
Valentina is introduced primarily as a sailing catamaran. The the heart of the yacht is the main saloon, which connects to the aft deck. The aft deck is expansive, with a comfortable dining and seating area and usually it is where you, as a charter guest, spend most of your time. The tasteful cabins offer designer mattrace beds and feature ensuite bathrooms. The cabins are connected by stairs to the main saloon - roomy, comfortable and pleasant. Multiple portholes supply a sunny feeling, with the option for darkness and privacy.
The sailboat features Engines: 2- Volvo Penta D3 150HP Generators: Cummins Onan Marine Diesel 17.5KW engines and a generator.

Crew will move from starboard aft queen cabin to midship cabin with two single bunk beds for the duration of a charter, for an additional $2,000.
-A 3rd crew member can be added and accommodated in the forward crew peak for an additional $300 per day.
-Dog on board: Crew are owner-operators and have their 5 year old, female (spayed), boxer-lab mix (her name is Linda) living on board with them. They adopted the dog when she was 3 months old while they were sailing the pacific coast of Costa Rica. They have meticulously trained and cared for her. Upon request, Linda may be boarded on land during a charter.

- 100T MASTER licensed captain (USA, born 1982)
- Owner-operator who purchased Valentina in 2019 and has since sailed her from California through Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama Canal, San Blas, Bahamas, and the eastern Caribbean

It was an absolutely amazing, breathtaking trip. The boat was magnificent - clean, luxurious, comfortable, and meticulously managed. The Captain and Chef were beyond incredible. The boat is immaculate and well maintained. The beds, bedding, pillows were wonderful and the AC at night provided for restful sleeping. The selection of water toys were great and always in the water for us to enjoy at every anchorage. Also, the onboard compressor made the diving easy!
Josh and Gustavo were fantastic. They were very attentive and worked hard to make sure we had great experience. They had provisioned the boat with everything we asked for and more and once they knew our routine would anticipate our needs. We appreciated the early morning Americanos and happy hour cocktails!
The activities were perfect. Plenty of water sports and time to relax. The diving was exceptional and Josh is a good dive master, letting us enjoy the dives at our pace and finding critters along the way. He spent a lot of time behind the scenes investigating dive sites so he was always able to describe our options. Also, I never thought we would sing karaoke and now I wish we had not waited until the last night! Great fun!
The food was amazing! We loved the Brazilian dishes that Gustavo prepared for us and the impromptu cooking class was an unexpected treat. Also Gustavo sent us home with our favorite recipes. The breakfast always included a beautiful fruit board and a sweet treat. Every breakfast was very good but Josh’s smoked salmon benedict and French toast were favorites!
Josh and Gustavo are wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome onboard. They always made sure we were comfortable and had everything we wanted. We could not have asked for a better family vacation and look forward to returning to Valentina again.
Also, it was fantastic it was to have Linda on board. She is a great dog and really perfect for dog lovers like us and those who might be more wary of dogs. She would let you give her attention but only if you initiated it and otherwise kept to herself. We definitely enjoyed swimming with her and including her in the fun!

The charter was last minute, and in the Grenadines, the area was recently hit by a hurricane. We spent another extra "long weekend" aboard Valentina and it was amazing again! We started in St Martin where we enjoyed custom cocktails and deliciously creative snacks while we settled into our cabins and navigated through the lagoon. Once out we had a wonderfully easy sail to the stunningly gorgeous island of Anguilla, where we anchored and took the tender to the beach to enjoy a lovely sunset. On our return to the yacht, Gustavo made us his native Brazilian shrimp stuffed pumpkin, which was beautifully presented and delicious. The next morning, we chose to take it easy with a late breakfast and some snorkeling, they have the best toys for water fun! Then Josh brought us to visit the nearby Sandy Island by tender where we had some delicious cocktails and lunch on the beach. The rest of our trip continued in a similarly splendid fashion!
Valentina is super spacious, and so are the cabins, very clean and nicely decorated. Capt. Josh and Chef Gustavo went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time! They are personable but professional, funny, and attentive. The food was just simply delicious. All of the food! Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and all snacks. Gustavo really has talent and the way he presents the food is stunning! The whole experience was extremely relaxing, and we had so much fun! The balance between reading a book on deck, water fun, delicious food and cocktails, and adventure was perfect.
Our sail back to St Martin was equally relaxing and we reached Marigot Bay at sunset. It was one of the best sunsets we have seen so far! Our experience with Gustavo, Josh, and Linda (the doggie) was pure relaxation and the crew has a wonderful easygoing professionalism. The boat and experience were beautiful, and we can't wait to come back!

Our 11-night sailing yacht charter in St. Martin, St. Bart's, and Anguilla was incredible! From the moment we boarded, the crew went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. Captain Josh and Chef Gustavo were professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable, guiding us to gorgeous locations we would have never found without them.
Valentina is beautiful, with spacious staterooms and a beautiful deck where we enjoyed gourmet meals under the stars. Chef Gustavo's cuisine was amazing, catering to all our tastes with creativity and flair. Every day was a new adventure and the crew personalized everything to our interests, making every experience special.
We have done a total of 9 charters in different parts of the world and this one was by far the best we have had. The trip exceeded all our expectations. Thanks to Josh and Gustavo for their dedication and for ensuring we had the best time possible. We can't wait to come back and sail with Valentina again!

"A top vacation to remember."
Josh and Gustavo are amazing. By the end of the week, we truly saw them as part of the family. They created amazing memories for us and this will be a top vacation to remember. It would be impossible to choose even a few things as 'best'. All the water toys, the delicious food, unique cocktails, and Linda. We felt so welcomed immediately. We were in beautiful locations each time. Our favorite stop was The Baths. The boys had a blast climbing around the rocks and through the pools. Best quote ever from my 13-year-old stepson, “I don’t want to go home tomorrow. low key. It doesn’t seem like we have been on here for 5 days. We should have done 2 weeks!”

It’s grey and foggy here on land. We miss the sunshine, turquoise waters and you all, and Linda! Just watching the snowflakes fall we can’t help but reminisce about the amazing time we had aboard Valentina!! Wishing we were in sun soaked waters once again. "An unforgettable experience"
Our time on Valentina was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional attention and care from her crew, Capt. Josh and Chef Gustavo. They ensured our experience was not only safe and comfortable but also enriched with a fun cultural flair. Dining al fresco with the ocean view was wonderful, and we loved the upper deck flybridge and seeing the massive sails go up! Spending time on the trampoline with Linda (special paw officer) was also really special and added a unique and fun touch to our trip.
Captain Josh and Gustavo were always accessible and friendly, but they also respected our need for privacy and alone time. They left space to be flexible and spontaneous while still catering to our preferences. The personalized touches and thoughtful take home memorabilia in our cabins showed a lot of attention to detail.
The itinerary offered a great mix of onshore excursions and time aboard the yacht. Sailing to St. Barthes and exploring the island was a favorite part of the charter. We loved that there were so many choices for activities so that each person could choose their level of adventure and activity. I loved that there was lots of time to also relax and soak up the sun and sea.
The food and drinks were fabulous. We requested a pescatarian diet and were delighted with the fresh fish and seafood, complemented by a bounty of fruits and vegetables from the local farmer's market. Amazing snacks and cheese boards satisfied our appetite between meals. We LOVED Capt. Josh’s Passion Fruit Caipirinha!
We can’t wait to take another charter on Valentina and explore more beautiful destinations in the Caribbean!!

I had the incredible opportunity to sail aboard Valentina, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I stepped on board, I was in awe of the sleek design and spaciousness of the vessel. The catamaran offered a level of stability that I had never experienced on a sailboat before.
Valentina's interior was nothing short of luxurious. The spacious cabins were elegantly appointed with comfortable seating, large windows that offered breathtaking views of the ocean, and all the amenities one could ask for. One of the highlights was the expansive deck. Whether I wanted to soak up the sun on the trampolines or relax in the shade under the canopy, there was a perfect spot for every mood.
The crew was both knowledgeable and friendly, ensuring that every moment of the journey was enjoyable and safe. They were eager to share their expertise about sailing and the local area, enhancing the overall experience.

"Nothing short of exceptional."
We had the pleasure of experiencing an unforgettable journey with Josh and Gustavo on Valentina. We can’t say nice enough things about our time with them. From start to finish, the service exceeded all expectations, making our trip to St Martin in April an absolute dream.
Gustavo and Josh are an incredible team, and their attention to detail truly was amazing. Every part of our charter was expertly planned and coordinated. The yacht was beautiful (and huge), and our meals were top notch every time we sat down to eat.
Some of the highlights of our trip were the guided tours they hosted through the city and villages, allowing us to explore the local scene and immerse ourselves in St. Martin’s vibrant carnival culture. Having them as knowledgeable guides enriched the experience in ways I can’t adequately express.
And then there is their adorable dog, Linda. She added an extra layer of warmth to our adventure. Linda’s fun and friendly presence on the boat made every moment even more entertaining. Her company was truly a unique and heartwarming touch.
Our charter with Valentina was nothing short of exceptional. We have so many unforgettable memories. I wholeheartedly recommend chartering with Josh and Gustavo on Valentina, and I can’t wait to book with them again next year.

"A once in a lifetime adventure."
Our recent charter experience onboard Valentina was absolutely fabulous. It began with a complete and easy to follow itinerary that guided us seamlessly throughout our journey. Information was provided on how to pack, and what we were about to experience was all detailed in our package, including how to get to and from airports, hotels, taxi’s and then on to the boat.
Once on the water it was obvious that the captain and crew had a lot of experience sailing and entertaining guests. The food was delicious, the places we went were breathtaking, and the islands we visited captivating. Meals were presented elegantly and featured custom dishes some with fish caught from the locals that morning. Other nights barbequing off the back of the boat were equally as amazing with the smell driving our appetites to new levels.
The boat was beautifully decorated with plenty of room on all 3 levels for guests to be together as well as areas to be alone. When we weren’t sailing or visiting a local island we were in the water floating on a party island watching the sunset, snorkeling around the reefs, swimming alongside turtles and stingrays, paddleboarding or tubing in the Atlantic. There were lots of things to do!
This was truly a once in a lifetime adventure. We had a wonderful trip and an experience that will last a lifetime.

We want to express our heartfelt gratitude to you both. We are waking up from a beautiful dream, filled with endless beauty. Every minute spent with you was nothing short of incredible.
