C SISTERS is a 54’ Bali catamaran built in 2023 that basically decided walls are optional. Instead of the usual closed-in salon, you get Bali’s trademark open-plan “loft” layout: huge forward cockpit, aft cockpit, and salon all on one level, so your group spreads out without disappearing. It runs like a floating apartment with sails — full air conditioning, generator, and indoor audio throughout.
Eat like the boat owes you money. The real weapon on C SISTERS is the chef: an ex–Executive Chef from one of the Caribbean’s top-ranked restaurants (Savant), turning out restaurant-level plates on a charter yacht — think tuna poke bowls, braised short rib, rack of lamb, lazy lobster, and a dessert list long enough to require strategy. The bar is equally structured: Tito’s, Bulleit, Bombay Sapphire, quality wines, prosecco, and proper cocktails instead of mystery rum punch.
Configured for adult groups who like their own space. She sleeps up to 10 guests in 5 cabins, with four queen suites plus an additional guest cabin, all with en-suite facilities. Crew sleep separately, so you keep privacy while still having service on tap. Nude charters and special diets are both explicitly allowed, which tells you exactly the kind of flexibility you’re working with.
Water toys: enough to keep people off their phones. You get 4 paddleboards, 2 single kayaks, 4 sea scooters, a subwing, towable raft, floats, noodles, beach games, plus trolling and casting gear for big-game and light fishing. Snorkel gear is onboard, and rendezvous diving is available if you want full scuba without turning the yacht into a dive shop.

Johnny runs C SISTERS with a filmmaker’s eye and a sailor’s nerve, reading wind, light, and sea state so each day lands as a clean story—tight passages, safe moves, and the right anchor spot when the sun drops. He’s logged hard miles from Thailand to the Med to the Virgins, and it shows in how calmly he threads tight water while still letting you push the fun.
- Professional charter captain experience in Phuket, Thailand, the Greek Dodecanese, Atlantic delivery, and the Virgin Islands
- Delivered a Bali 5.4 across the Atlantic during peak hurricane season

Daryl cooks like the islands and the South traded secrets—French, Asian, Caribbean, and down-home heat—so every plate lands big on flavor after a long swim or a hard sail. When he’s not in the galley he’s on deck with lines or trolling lures, turning fresh catch into fast poke, ceviche, or whatever the day demands.

Chef Daryl is a star in the kitchen. To say we had the most incredible food ever would not be an exaggeration. Truly some of the most innovative, exotic dishes—and probably the best molé ever! Chef Daryl and Captain Johnny make a phenomenal team, and they run it like clockwork.

I’ve found snorkeling slow in the past – but this trip included amazing spots with fish everywhere we looked. I loved climbing rocks in The Baths and the amazing scenery. Captain Johnny and Daryl were both amazing and really made this trip around our interests.

Chef Daryl, the food was exquisite; every single meal was delicious, the presentation lovely, and the combination of flavors made us all keep eating when we were already full. I loved coming together at every meal and being surprised to see what we were having. It was a perfect trip and we all had a whale of a good time. And yes, Daryl, I swear I saw a whale! After a quick taster we were brought back to shore. Looks like a big town, after what was a great week at sea. The food was great, the company even better. Blue slays all the way, except for the massive storm we sailed through. We caught a fish and our fearless chef made great sashimi from it. These last five days have been so great for our group of friends. You made everything so easy and convenient. Every stop had a new adventure from hiking, snorkeling, exploring caves and baths to try tacos at the swim up bar. We all remember the 5- star food that Darryl cooked up every day. The ribs and short ribs were off the charts! I enjoyed the quick history talks on the various stops and time just relaxing on the boat. This is trip oh remember for a long time!
