Two pools, one boat. LA LA LAND is a 145ft (44.27m) Sanlorenzo X-Space delivered in 2023, sleeping 12 guests in five cabins, and she leans hard into “day on the water” with two hydromassage pools plus a deck jacuzzi.
Beach club that matters. The 120m² beach club with fold-out balconies and a hydraulic swim platform turns swim stops into a proper setup, with easy in-and-out access and room to spread out. Sea-level wellness and spa too. Good luck leaving.
Owner’s deck wins. A private owner’s deck on a 44m yacht is the headline: sky lounge with sliding side doors, an al fresco lounge with a freestanding fire pit, plus office, pantry and a bathroom with heated floors and a large steam shower.
Entertainment stays flexible. You get indoor and outdoor cinema options, multiple dining settings, two bars, and stabilizers both at anchor and underway, so the plan can shift from quiet movie night to full dance floor without the yacht fighting you.
