Built for water time. ARKADIA is a 49.9m (164ft) Heesen motor yacht built in 2021, set up for guests who want easy sea access and enough space to spread out without losing the group.
Proper deck setup. The sundeck earns its keep with a Jacuzzi, bar, and an open-air gym. Simple plan: train, soak, repeat. Bridge deck aft dining also seats 10, so meals stay outdoors when you want them to.
Beach club done right. Down at the waterline there’s a beach club with a sofa, bar, and sauna, plus a swim platform for quick dips and smoother toy logistics.
Serious toy inventory. ARKADIA is an approved RYA watersports centre with a waterslide, a SeaDoo Wake Pro Jet-Ski, eFoils, Seabobs, a Mastercraft NXT205 ski boat, kayaks, towables, wing foil and kitesurf gear, and scuba equipment (8 sets). This is the yacht for active days that do not require a committee meeting.
Flexible cabin plan. She sleeps 10 in five cabins, including a full-beam master on the main deck with a dressing room and study, plus three doubles and a convertible twin on the lower deck with a Pullman.
